The Decompress Course

Decompress’s main thing is the Decompress Course. It is a day-by-day course in which every day brings a new topic. So far, we’ve talked about:

  • Self compassion

  • Time Management

  • Anxiety

  • Relationships

  • Mindfulness

Each day on the course poses check in and reflection questions, suggests activity related to the topic, and videos and websites to learn more about the topic.

Anyone can sign up at any time; the course isn’t like an academic course in which there’s a specific order of topics. We encourage our users to check in to the course everyday, but it is always up to you :)

 

The Decompress Blog

The Decompress blog is a safe space where users can submit their thoughts, opinions, and stories about mental wellbeing. So far, we’ve had users talk about the taboo surrounding mental wellbeing, mental wellbeing during COVID-19, and academic pressure.

You can directly email decompress.reminders@gmail.com if you have an idea you want to share (you don’t have to have a submission ready)!
