Decompress aims to provide a simple, engaging platform where students can learn about ways to destress.
By signing up for Decompress course, you sign up for daily reminders for mindfulness tools and exercises. With this course, students can learn to cope with stress positively and effectively.
Each day, Decompress sends you a link to a new page of the Decompress course. Starting with an introduction to the course, Decompress moves onto topics of wellness journaling, setting goals for yourself, and many more to come! The course aims to provide a variety of tools and resources so that there’s something for everybody on Decompress.
