This pandemic has affected all of us in many different ways, including many people’s mental wellbeing. Today’s page provides a variety of check in questions, activities, and online resources that you can use in this challenging time.
Here are some general check in questions you can ask yourself at the start of each day:
1. What am I grateful for today?
2. Who am I connecting with today?
3. What's one activity I can do today that will help me be active?
Today’s act of kindness: check in on a friend, family member, and/or neighbor. ask them if there’s anything you can do to help. it may be simply listening.

General Tips
Stick to a routine. It might not be perfect, it might not happen everyday, but having a routine will help you return to some level of normalcy in daily life.
Regulate screen time, especially news feeds. The current situation is constantly changing, and the news will reflect that. Learning how to limit your intake of news might help with the anxiety of uncertainty.
Here’s a journaling activity that can help you allocate time to things you want to do!
How to create a balance with your screen time.
Make time for the activities you enjoy. Perhaps in times before quarantine, students didn’t have much time to pursue hobbies or simply down time. If you’re up to it, set aside time for things like reading, writing, or other hobbies!
