Exercise: a key to wellbeing

All of us need exercise. It helps us increase our focus and energy and reduces stress. Students can benefit from both of these aspects.

Today’s check in questions will help you reflect on the frequency, importance, and connection of exercise to your wellbeing.

1.Why do you exercise? Is it solely to stay healthy, is it a hobby?
