Questions to ask yourself before, during, and after a meal:
Before: am I hungry? Then: consider the food options and their varying degrees of nutrition. Will I benefit from this kind of food?
During: Try to focus on the meal. If you find it difficult, ask yourself what is it that is distracting you? If it's worry, what is worrying you?
After: How do i feel after i eat? Did practicing mindful eating help me feel better about my meal?
