How a hobby can help reduce stress
A hobby is something that anyone can pick up! Recreational activities can reduce stress. These can include creating something, being physically active, or learning something new. A quote from an article on Head to Health:
Here are your check in questions:
1. What am I feeling right now?
2. Have I been letting myself feel this feeling all the way?
3. What is one thing I can do today that i will enjoy? How can I make time for this?
Feel free to share your answers with us and post them on the Decompress Community Board! An answer to question three would be really to cool to share because you can see what others are doing to pass the time.
