Taking a Brain Break
Today we’ll be taking a brain break. Learning how to pause and reset can reduce stress in your life.
Here are your check in questions:
How are you feeling today (stressed, calm, meh/okay, anxious, happy)?
Do you think today would be a good day to take some time off working/study prep/engaging activity?
Sometimes we get can stressed out at the idea of taking a break - you might just have too much to do before a certain deadline or you’re feeling motivated to get stuff done today! And that’s okay. You can come back to this page whenever you feel you need to take a break.
