Compassion for others

Have compassion for others is important for our mental wellbeing as well as theirs. Developing the ability to be generous and kind to others can help us be the same to ourselves. Also, helping others shifts our brain towards a more positive outlook on life, a very good thing for mental wellbeing.

Here are your check in questions for today:

1. What is one kind thing you said to yourself in the past 24 hours?

2. How do you feel when you help others?

3. How does compassion play a role in your life already?
