How to practice Mindful Eating
Eat when you’re hungry and choose different snacks throughout the day (a fruit, a bar, a salad: bottom line is to keep it balanced)
Eliminate distractions during meals like social media, TV, homework, or a book
It’s okay if you don’t do practice it every meal. Try it as often as you can.
