ways to deal with stress on Election Day
interrupt yourself and your thoughts by getting up and getting a glass of water. doesn’t matter if you have a water bottle nearby. moving about will interrupt your thoughts and temporarily relieve stress
tackle your room’s mess. clean up your desk. rearranging the pencils in your cup holder. make your bed. simple repetitive actions can take your mind off stress.
