Woebot is ready to listen, 24/7. No couches, no meds, no childhood stuff. Just strategies to improve your mood. And the occasional dorky joke.

how it works

Woebot uses AI to chat with users about their challenges. User Data is not shared elsewhere.

The chatbot prompts user to describe their mood and talk about their struggle with specific details. Woebot responds with tools, topic-specific exercises, and encouraging messages. An example is an exercise that challenges negativity.

You can set woebot to check in at a certain time everyday. Let’s say you feel particularly stressed right after school. Tell woebot to check in then!

Woebot is not meant to replace therapy or designed to be used in an emergency.
