Calm - Meditation app

Today’s page introduces the last tool in our Mindfulness Toolbox - Calm. This is a meditation and sleep help app that tackles anxiety, stress, challenges, and athletic performance. It’s free to sign up; there is also a paid version that has more content. The free version has plenty, though!

Here are your check in questions.

1. What do you think about meditation?

2. If you do practice meditation, what do you think that it helps you the most with?

3. If you don't practice, what do you think is the most daunting part of starting meditation? Is there another way that helps you calm down?

what can you find on calm?
